The stainless steel rope mesh is manufactured using a unique hand-woven interlocking technique from standard 7 x 7 and 7x 19,stainless steel cable to create diamond openings from 1” through 4”(1"*1", 2‘’*2‘’,3‘‘*3‘’,4‘’*4”)
Material: stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L.
Surface treatment: silver or black oxide finish.
Construction of wire cable: 7 × 7, 7 × 19.
Cable diameter: 1.2–3.2 mm.
Mesh opening sizes: 20–100 mm.
Stainless steel rope mesh generally consists of two categories. The stainless steel knotted rope mesh is very similar with the ferrule rope mesh. The difference is that stainless steel wires are winded and interwoven to form a knotted structure instead of using Ferrule. The knotted structure is solid and unmovable, which ensures the uniformity of the mesh openings. The mesh wires are stretched to create an angle of 90°.
